We were commissioned by Lorne Stewart Plc to install a complete Fire, CCTV , and Access Control system at Litchard House CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health) facility in Bridgend, a scheme commissioned by NHS Wales.
The Challenges
The 19 bed mental health facility for young people required all fixtures and fittings to pose no risk to patients for potential self harm. For this reason we had to install all fixtures and fittings flush on walls, doors and ceilings.

Systems Installed
We installed a mixture of Fixed and PTZ IP cameras from Bosch. These cameras are monitored continuously by on site security staff to ensure the protection and welfare of patients and staff.
Access Control card readers were installed on doorways to prevent unwanted access and improve patient safety using a very streamlined design.
The fire alarm system was installed by our sister company, ADC Fire Systems Ltd who also installed a disabled refuge system. |
