SGD always aim to keep the college facilities and security team up to speed with the latest technology. We had to integrate the new solution into the existing Cisco network with minimal disruption to other software essential to the college's functions.
This was overcome with close liaison between Proficient Systems Ltd, the specialist IT division of the SGD Group, and the college's IT department. |

with IP video inputs to take each Bosch 700 series unit up to 32 channels of recording. |

Utilising some of the Bosch VIPX1600 rack mounted IP
encoders we have converted half of the existing analogue cameras to compressed H.264 IP technology. |
